When-to-fight Martial Arts offers instruction in Okinawan Goju Ryu Karate and Kyokushin-kai Karate.

Traditional Training is offered twice per week, Monday and Thursday Night 6:00pm to 7:30pm. As the name implies, these classes teach the skills and techniques of these proven styles. Program features:

    • Students required wear a Uniform and progress through the traditional belt systems.
    • Instruction to include: Kata (forms), Waza (technique), Bunkai (technique within kata), and Kumite (sparring).
    • Conditioning: aerobic and contact including flexibility & strength exercise.
    • Basics: kicks, punches, blocks, etc.
    • Occasional grappling (Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, etc).
    • Traditional terms and commands (Japanese)
    • Traditional weapons instruction

Classes run on a continuous basis, meaning you can start at any time! Repetition is at the heart of any martial training, so beginners and advanced students work together to perfect their art!
